The document flow

From receipt to resolution, in four steps

01

Submission

A citizen or office submits a document through the system or at intake. Each filing is recorded with its date, sender, and subject so nothing enters the process unnamed.

02

Registry and assignment

Staff register the document, assign it a reference code, and route it to the desk responsible for the next action. The responsible desk is always visible on the record.

03

Review and processing

The assigned desk reviews the document, requests any missing information, and records each action taken. Pending steps are shown clearly so the file keeps moving.

04

Final delivery

Once the procedure is resolved, the outcome is recorded and the document is delivered or archived. The full history remains available for future reference.

Following your document

Tracking, status, and what to prepare

Every filing has a reference code that shows where it stands without a visit to the office.

Tracking number

A code for every filing

Each document receives a unique tracking number at registration. Enter it to see the current desk and the action pending on your file.

Status updates

Each step is recorded

When a desk receives, reviews, or completes a document, the change is logged with its date. The status reflects the latest recorded action.

Required documents

Prepare before you file

Gather the identification, the completed request form, and any supporting attachments listed for your procedure. Missing items are flagged during review so you can respond quickly.
